March Madness Special

March madness is in the air and to celebrate I am offering you a mini session for only $30!  To get in on this special deal all you have to do is either select "Like" on my facebook page or become a "Follower" on my blog.  Then send me a message letting me know that you've hopped on board the band wagon.  For those friends that already "Like" my facebook page you have a couple of options. (1) You can become a "Follower" on my blog, or (2) you can refer a friend to my blog or facebook page.  If your friend "Likes" or "Follows" me and sends me an email then YOU BOTH get the opportunity to book a photo mini session for only $30!

Reserved Smiles

When we first started out Mr. C didn't look too thrilled to be having his picture taken!  We talked a bit about school, his friends, favorite movies, etc.  That seemed to warm him up a bit because eventually a few smiles broke through.  Although... he was quick to tell me that he only had a few smiles in him! :)

One of the best things about a photo shoot with a cool guy like Mr C is that you get to do fun stuff like stop in a coffee shop for hot chocolate!!!

I found out that one of Mr C's favorite books is Green Eggs and Ham.  Well we didn't have that book handy but we did have another one of Dr. Suess's books that Mr C had never read before!

One of our last fun shots was going to be with a train.  We waited and waited but sadly all was quiet on the train tracks.  Mr C didn't seem to mind .  I think at this point he had decided that he actually liked have his picture taken.  Being in a photo shoot wasn't so bad after all!  Thanks Mr C!!!



Newest Arrival

It's always exciting (and a little exhausting!) when a family of 3 becomes a family of 4.  This cute little family recently welcomed their newest member.  At just over a week old this little one was such a delight to work with!  Here he is in all his sweetness!   

Lovebirds

These two little lovebirds were real troopers.  They endure an afternoon a freezing temperatures and chilly wind.  You would have never guessed that they were frozen to the bone as they cuddled from some of the cutest photos!

Vintage Hair and Swing Dancing

The Piedmont Swing Dance Society, Inc. (PSDS) is a nonprofit, volunteer organization dedicated to promoting Swing dancing in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.  Recently a group of dancers gathered together for an afternoon of vintage hair and make-up.  They had a wonderful time getting all dolled-up for the swing dance later that evening.  For more information about PSDS please visit:  http://www.piedmontswingdance.org/
